London, UK; Tuesday 11th August 2026: eflow, a leading provider of regulatory compliance technology for financial services firms, today announced 75% growth in its North American client base over the first half of 2026, reflecting rising demand for more sophisticated trade surveillance technology.

The announcement comes alongside a significant upgrade of its AI functionality, with the launch of PATH AI Analyst, as financial institutions respond to evolving market abuse risks and heightened regulatory scrutiny.

The company has secured 20 new or expanded client relationships since the start of 2026, including 14 new customers and six existing clients that have expanded their use of eflow's platform through additional product deployments and system upgrades. The momentum reflects growing demand for configurable, explainable surveillance technology that leverages AI as firms modernise their compliance infrastructure in response to increasingly complex trading environments.

Driving the next generation of surveillance

To help compliance teams investigate potential instances of market abuse more efficiently, eflow has enhanced its AI functionality with the launch of PATH AI Analyst, a new explainable AI capability that enables users to carry out detailed investigation of alerts quickly and efficiently using natural language prompts. Compliance teams can generate fully contextualised insights, test “what if” scenarios, identify related trading behaviours and produce regulator-ready case summaries in seconds, significantly reducing the time spent gathering information across multiple systems.

In addition to the new functionality, eflow has also strengthened its ecosystem through a strategic partnership with Iress, enabling firms to further enhance their surveillance and compliance capabilities through integrated technology.

International expansion accelerates

Supporting its continued global growth, eflow is working with experienced technology leader Kenn Rodrigues as a strategic channel partner to drive growth across the APAC region, while Jon Drawdy joins its North American team as Client Implementation Specialist to serve the company's rapidly growing customer base in the U.S. and Canada.

Ben Parker, CEO at eflow, commented: “Financial markets are becoming increasingly complex. AI, automation and algorithmic trading are transforming how firms operate, while regulators are placing greater expectations on surveillance capabilities and firms' ability to explain the decisions they make. We're seeing that reflected in demand from customers around the world. Our strong growth in North America, combined with continued client expansion across multiple regions, shows that firms are looking for surveillance technology that not only keeps pace with evolving market risks but also provides the transparency, flexibility and efficiency modern compliance teams need.”

Looking ahead, eflow will continue expanding its global presence while investing in AI-powered surveillance to support financial institutions operating in increasingly sophisticated markets.
