A look back at our breakfast panel event with the FCA

To acknowledge the 10-year anniversary of MAR coming into effect, we welcomed clients, partners and members of our wider network to a breakfast panel discussion in London last week.

The panel featured contributions from the FCA, Barclays, GreySpark Partners and ComplyLens, and was moderated by CEO and founder of eflow Ben Parker.

The event was a great success, with insightful discussions covering:

  • The trade surveillance fundamentals that are expected of firms
  • The importance of regulatory explainability
  • New and emerging risks
  • The pros and cons of AI in trade surveillance
