Phil leads the ongoing evolution of eflow’s trade surveillance products . He has been part of the eflow team since 2004 and has unparalleled experience of our technology having served in a variety of engineering and product management roles during his time at eflow.

He now oversees the design, engineering and deployment of new functionality within eflow's Trade Surveillance system. In this role, Phil combines his technological expertise with a deep understanding of how eflow clients use the system to support the robust management of the trade surveillance obligations.
