Leon joined eflow in 2019, initially as a model developer before progressing to roles in operations management, corporate strategy and, more recently, product management. In this role, he is responsible for leading our team of product specialists and ensuring that eflow's regulatory solutions are continuously enhanced to meet the evolving needs of our global clients.

Outside of his day-to-day role, Leon is a keen rower and coaches at Henley Rowing Club.
