New Director Appointed - June 30th, 2008
TonyTony Raw has been appointed as a Non-executive director. Tony brings 20+ years financial markets experience to the company, in Trading and Market Data systems, including Reuters and Thomson Financial. Tony is currently Deputy Managing Director at FTSE Limited.

LBBW - PATH - June 26th, 2008
Landesbank Baden-Württemberg (LBBW) London Branch, contracted today with eflow for the implementation of PATH to integrate their Kondor+ and Opus Trading systems with MIDAS for FX Spots, FX Swaps, Outright Forwards, Loans and Deposits, Customer Loans and Deposits, Call Accounts, Interest Rate Swaps, FRAS, Bonds, Customer Lending, CDS and Repos. James Clear, Head of IT lead a trial and the selection of the solution. "We saw PATH technology in action at Unicredit and were very impressed with the depth and breadth of the workflow that PATH handles and the obvious cost benefits as the business grows and changes. However, the clincher for me was when I asked about support and my host pointed to the next desk and said that the eflow secondee was always close to hand" eflow provides a secondee as permanent on/off site support as part of its subscription based revenue pricing model.

MF Global - TransacTzar - June 2nd, 2008
Following the completion of successful trialling, MF Global (formerly Man Securities) have decided to implement eflow's TransacTzar for Best Execution, Trade Transparency, Venue monitoring and general market surveillance. Richard Seaman, Head of Compliance MF Global, said "The trial proved to us that eflow and TransacTzar are the right combination to support us for MiFID Best Execution and Trade Transparency. MiFID is in its infancy and will no doubt change and evolve over the coming years. We need to be certain that our vendor is able to support this evolution and that their technology is sound and fit for purpose. We expect this relationship to be long and fruitful."

New Sales Executive - April 1st, 2008
Neil Clarke joined eflow UK Limited today as Sales executive. Neil comes to eflow from a Proprietary Trading background most recently with Henderson. Neil comes to eflow to meet the challenge of delivering enduring and flexible compliance and risk solutions to the financial markets.

eflow completed a partnership agreement with Thomson Financial to receive market and reference data flow completed a partnership agreement with Thomson Financial to receive market and reference data for TransacTzar.
