A Global Actual System/Trade View. The Flight Deck provides intraday monitoring of systems participating in the workflow. This may also include exception queues. The Flight Deck, according to preset parameters, will deliver an alarm when a system’s performance falls below expected tolerances. In monitoring real-time workflow sessions the Flight Deck gives managers early warning of underperforming systems and failings in the workflow structure. The Flight Deck can then be used to drill down to trade level for further investigation.
