Secondment

Eflow has a large range of consulting services for its on site and customs solutions. One such method used it that of Secondment, where the client has a designated eflow resource known as a secondee for a defined number of hours per calendar month.  

Secondment is an eflow preferred method as it utilizes the expertise of a PATH resource to best cover support and consulting disciplines. The secondee will carry out any support and model configuration work that is required during these days on site.  Whilst the secondee is also the first line of support, Should there be a requirement for major system changes or should system faults arise, they can be escalated quickly through your dedicated secondee to our support team in Bristol.

Secondment hours can be bundled up with the client license and maintenance fees in one monthly subscription. In this way future solution projects and be delivered according to strict cost and timing schedules in accordance with client requirements
