Existing solutions
For all standard models built on the PATH platform, we offer a very thorough implementation policy that allows our clients to 'Test Drive' the system before they commit to it. The Process is as follows:
 | For all hosted systems, eflow provides prospective clients with their own pilot system into which a predetermined set of data can be delivered to by the client. After which the system is available to use and review for a maximum of a month period. At this point there is no obligation and eflow operate a clear 'Opt-out' policy within the bounds of this pilot period. | | At this point the client is asked to commit to the implementation process, for which there is a non-refundable implementation charge. This is the user's chance to really test the parameters of the alerts, the reports and, if applicable , their own specific business rules and workflows within their system. Clients also have the ability to change almost anything to do with the look and feel of the system. | | The client system is ready to go live. Eflow will continue to offer the same extensive support system and business knowledge to the client that was utilized during the first stages of implementation. Clients will benefit from the regular system upgrades and developments. | |
